Here’s how I can help elevate your brand
The Sleight of Brand suite
Brand strategy
How can you be confident that your brand is working to create the right impression, each time? A brand strategy is vital to achieving that objective.
A brand strategy is simply a set of guiding principles that governs what you do and how you do it. It allows you to design every aspect of the brand so they work in unison to create the right impression.
Strategy can involve any number of elements but boils down to one thing: clarity. It requires both creativity and analytical thinking, and starts with asking the right questions. Whatever your business challenges, I can help chart a way forward with the power of brand strategy.
Brand naming
Not sure if you have the right name for your business? I can help!
Names are important because they’re the one touchpoint of your brand that will be used the most. You want a name that is memorable and easy to use — bonus if it’s able to near-instantly convey the value you create for your customers. But most importantly, it must be appropriate for your business. For instance, while single-word names (whether ‘real’ words or not) have been popular of late, a single-word name may not be the solution that befits YOU as a brand.
Naming is both an art and science; I have a whole, actual process and framework (the science bit) and I work with clients to co-create (the art bit). Whether it’s a single overarching brand name, a new product, or a suite of offerings that you need named, I can help.
Tone of voice and writing training
Is your brand consistently saying what you want to say? A distinct brand voice helps you do so and connect with your clients.
Perhaps you’ve worked with a tone of voice strategist, have a set of guidelines or intend to use plain language. But how can you ensure that your brand’s voice is being used well by others too?
I’m familiar with these issues, and my solution was to design and impart training that empowered people to use a brand’s tone of voice impactfully — even if they were completely new to writing and comms. It’s training I’ve run successfully before, for 200+ people.
